Hey Backers!

Before we dive in: If you're in San Francisco you can try Wave (and Wavefront) out right now in Robotspeak!

Then let's dive into some updates.

Development
One of the things we've been working extra hard on is improving the accuracy and responsiveness of Wave.

Here you can see Óli getting ready to take measurements - click here to go to Instagram for more photos and info.

Survey
By now you should all have received a survey from us which was sent out through Backerkit. Your answers to this survey really helps us out in making sure Wave is the best it can possibly be when you get it in your hands.

By now, the pre-order prices for Wave have gone up. However, as you guys are our awesome first backers you can still buy Wave (or Wavefront or even our sweater) at the same price you got at the Indiegogo campaign. So, if you want to add another Wave to your setup or be super nice to a friend this is the time to do it.

We love all feedback so please reach out if you have any questions, suggestions or comments!

Love,
The Genki team

Dear Backers!

We hope summer is here wherever you are in the world. We wanted to give you a little bit of update on all things Wave.

We showed Wavefront out at Superbooth a few weeks ago and it was so fun to see people use Wave and Wavefront together. Here you can see a quick demo we did for Synthtopia during the event.

In other news, development is going according to plans and we go into a busy summer optimistic and happy, not least thanks to all of you.

To round this update up we wanted to share this Sonicstate interview with Andrew Huang with you guys. It's really interesting and as a bonus, Andrew gives Wave a little shout out at the end.

Until next time,
Haraldur from Genki Instruments

Dear backers,

we will be at Superbooth in Berlin next week debuting Wavefront. If you are in Berlin you should not miss the chance to attend Superbooth, arguably the largest modular synthesizer meet-up in the world!

Our booth is number 304 and we're looking forward to seeing you there to jam! Here's a quick demo of Wavefront in action:

Thank you for your ongoing support, we really appreciate it!
Love from sunny Reykjavik,
Olafur and the Genki team

Last week the crowdfunding campaign for Wave concluded! We are extremely tankful to you guys for making a standout success and helping us reach over 200% of our target!

(behind the scenes from our video shoot)

We've been editing more of the content shot for our Indiegogo video, creating short clips which show you the people from the video using Wave with their instruments more. You can check them out over at our Youtube page.

We're hard at work making sure we can ship Wave to you as soon as possible. In a couple of weeks time we'll send out a survey through Backerkit (our partner that will help us with fulfilling your order). In the meantime if you have any questions or comments we'd love to hear from you (just hit reply).

We're constantly sharing updates on Wave and new content on our social media channels so please give us a follow, like and share the love.

We're into the final moments of the campaign and once again we'd like to thank you for your incredible support.

A few days ago Daði Freyr, an Icelandic artist and all around cool dude released this video using Wave, OP-1 and Ableton Live. We thought you might enjoy it as much as we do ❤️

If you want to help us even more then please share the campaign on social media and with your friends.

If we reach our stretch goal of $75,000 everyone that ordered Wave also receives a padded soft case to carry it in!

And for all the modular enthusiasts, here is another video from the past week which shows Wavefront in action:
